The first phase of the Bendinat Group´s newest project in Portocolom is nearing completion. In July 2009 the handovers of the first apartments will take place.
The first phase comprises 34 units: 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes and 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses, some with a private lift from the basement. There are also 9 commercial units in the first phase which give onto a large plaza, which is currently being dotted with trees around its centrepiece: a beautiful fountain.
